Return, Defective Items, and Cancellations:
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on customer preference.
However, we will accommodate the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • The product delivered is different from the one ordered
    In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Return Period:
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly delivered items if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery.
